The reviews and ratings of H3O are well deserved and earned, not just given. The facility is first class and the staff is helpful, courteous, and professional. Our cardiologist, Dr. Tina Gresham, recommended we both go to H3O and she does not make recommendations lightly. I would encourage anyone to come to H3O, tour the facility, and talk to Michael Burrows. I think you'll be impressed.
I had my daughter's 11th bday there yesterday!! It was great! She gave us privacy but helped whenever I needed anything! They even stayed open later than usual just so I could have the party!! Definitely recommend this place
I have found the perfect place for me to exercise. Looking at a hip replacement in my very near future, I cannot walk a block on dry land because of the extreme pain. However, with the help of the water, I can walk a little over two miles and do all of my leg strengthening exercises! If you are looking for a great place for therapy then you have found it. I can't say enough good things about Michael Burrows and his staff. I'm a T12 spinal cord injury and H3O has giving me a new outlook on life. God bless H3O!!!
I was having neck and shoulder pain. I decided to try the hydromassage today! I left feeling amazing, my neck and shoulder are no longer in pain. It was nice and quiet. The staff were AMAZING. You can't beat a 30 min massage for $15.00. I will definitely return .
Had our 3 little ones birthday party there and it was awesome ! They had a great time as well as the guests ! Friendly staff and very helpful :)
