Great way to work out if you have back or joint problems. Longest I was able to walk without my pain stopping me or slowing me down.
What a great experience. I highly encourage anyone with limited ability to exercise due to a medical condition or physical limitation to try H3O Aquatics. It will be a life changing experience.

I absolutely loved my experience here definitly would come back. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The underwater tredmill is my favorite. It's definitely worth checking out!
I had the opportunity to try out the hydromassage table and I must say it was the best massage I have ever had. It is a great stress reliever and relaxer. For a moment you can just forget the worries of the world. Loved it!!
This place is AMAZING!!!! I've been doing deep water aerobics for several years now, but H3O is exactly what is needed for fibromyalgia, arthritis, back trouble...well, anything!
