I have now bought 3 cars from Bev Smith and all experiences have been great. I drive 100 miles to/from work everyday so mileage adds up quick and I seem to be trading the car in every 2 years. I wasn't planning on doing a trade with the 2nd car and wanted to keep it but of course, dealerships want to make their quotas at the end of the month so they make their rounds calling customers. This is our second vehicle, a 2018 highlander, and we love it just as everyone else does. Before this car we had a Camry and loved it but we wanted to upgrade to a SUV type and highlander is perfect. We had a great salesman in Trevor and the rest of the team. We find the highlander so comfortable and beautiful and all our friends do too. Check it out.
Bought a new 2018 Toyota Corolla in April 2018. It was a rocky experience at first, in which I don't feel like going into details. However, after voicing my displeasure things turned out better and the staff did enough to accommodate me. I will say, it was a timely process though...took a rollercoater of a day of back and forth over the phone and 3.5 hours at the dealership to finalize.
