Extremely unprofessional, and demeaning. Bobby the sales manager is rude and sarcastic, when negotiating prices he made a comment that we were trying to show him how to run his business. Also tried to get us to sign an agreement with a different purchase price than the one we spoke of, before even coming to a final agreement. Scumbag lying employees. Bait and switch central. Sales/finance dept are crooks. Stay far away. I have filed a fraud complaint with Pam Bondi's office. She's the states AG. Her office has a dept just for dealership/lease fraud. I suggest you do the same if Bev Smith swindled you too.
We bought a RAV4 from Bev Smith Toyota. Our sales person was Terry Taylor. He was great to work with and always positive. I would recommend him to all of my friends looking for a new car.
