This is a very professional dealership with an extremely fun staff. They did not play any games about pricing on my new Tacoma. I spoke with Andrea over the phone and dealt with Nicholas at the dealership. It was a pleasure dealing with Nicholas through the process. He is very personable and did not pressure the deal. Very happy with this experience.
I had an airbag recall notice and also my maintenance required light was on so I stopped in Bev Smith Toyota to see how long recall would take to do. They told me that with my maintenance and the recall it would be two and a half hours. I was very happily surprised when everything was done in 2 hours. They provide a very nice Lounge with free coffee and tea for people waiting for their cars.
I recently bought a car from Bev Smith and my experience was superb! Thank you Greg for all of your help with my purchase of a 2018 Rav4! The whole process was no pressure - Greg showed us exactly what we were looking for and then some! Greg, Ron, and everyone else that was involved throughout the whole process were amazing and accommodated our every need and we were treated excellent. I would 100% recommend Greg - very easy going and transparent throughout the whole experience.
