They don’t stand behind their product or loyal customers. I’ve been a repeat customer for many years, however, will not buy or recommend another Toyota. I have 2012 in excellent condition w the exception of MOLD on my back bumper and door handle spaces due to a clear coating sticker lthey apply that they claim to protect the paint. However, the rest of the car that doesn’t have that “protectant “ still looks great. I was told it would cost me over $700 to get it cleaned. NOT my doing but Toyota’s! Extremely disappointed!
excellent service. Stan takes time to answer my questions to my complete satisfaction and never talks down to me because im not a guy.
