My husband bought a 2018 Camry on 05/16/2018 finance person added almost $5000.00 worth of extras we went back the next day and did the paperwork to have all the extras removed. It has been over two and a half months and we have not receive our refund. Something is going on and now we are getting a lawyer to look in to the matter for us. After over twenty telephone calls we are just not being help by Bev Smith Toyota.
The service department and Stan the customer service rep have always been prompt, and professional. I'll continue to service my Highlander at Bev Smith Toyota.
I was on my way to buy a car at Honda but decided to drive through the parking lot at Bev Smith. Heather came out in the rain to make sure we stayed & got the deal we wanted!
