Worst experience of my life my spare key has been missing for 3 weeks because no one knows where it went after my car was sitting in the lot for a week . I’ll never buy another car from this dealership again
Two times now I went to Bev Smith Toyota to get my brand new Corolla serviced both times I paid the extra money to have the car detailed both times the car came out looking worse than when I brought it in there they do not seem to have any pride in their work. They called to let me know they could put me in a 2020 Corolla for the same price I’m paying now I was considering it but now I will definitely use a different Toyota dealership

Poirier We bought our 2009 camry le in july of 2008.there were recalls on our car we were notified things were done. we have all service done at bev smith we have been very happy with all work done on our car. also Stan in service department always explains all work that needs to be done. We are always treated great. We highly recommend Bev Smith Toyota

The way they treated my friend was not right. I will not do business with them..ever!
Rude sales staff. Not just pushy, but rude. Comments like “why don’t you come back when you know what you are looking for”, “were you actually going to buy a car, or was that just talk”. Refusing to shake my friends hand after treating him rudely and us thanking the sales person for his time. Very unprofessional!
