Toyota is a decent car, but it seems to me the sales staff ts very underhanded and willing to say or do anything to make a sale. I am not a fan.
I will never take my vehicle there for service again. I have paid for tire rotation for years and they failed to do it. My tires were significantly worn in the front than the rear. I brought it to Goodyear for inspection and it was clear they were never rotated. Service agreed they appeared to worn differently than the rear, however the service manager took zero responsibility and didn't even offer a discount on new tires or anything. Very poor service. I agreed to pay $220 for my a/c fluids, when I came to pick up the car they said it's $1094. The service manager was laughing at me and said I can take him to court?!
