I will never recommend anyone to consider Bev Smith Collision shop 1.5 Star : Repair Quality After 2 1/2 months my car were in your collision shop, the trunk was never aligned as being correct and the left panels over and behind the rear tire was mis aligned. I actually told Ben Wimes this the day I picked up my car. I was advised to bring the car back. I also discovered my sunroof was not working as it was prior to being in your collision shop. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality 1.5 Star : Customer Service The worker, Ben, Was rude he yelled at me, actually scared me a little, hung up on me which totally perplexed me, and I had to call back and ask to speak to the Manager, Len, Who finished with getting my car fixed. When I spoke about the incident to the car rental department as I was picking up my car they knew Ben’s named before I even said it. That’s not good! 5 Star : Returned Clean

The job was completed in an acceptable amount of time considering the Covid delays. They did a good job. No issues. I did not give them a 10 rating as I felt they could have paid closer attention to how clean I received the car, both interior and exterior.
