I had never been to a Better Med. I was very impressed! I would recommend over Patient First without a doubt. Very clean and organized place and staff was extremely thoughtful and helpful. Dr. John Cocran was great.
I have been here several times. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They focus on your care. They will even call to follow up a few days later to see how you are doing. Short wait times too. Best kept secret in Colonial Heights.
