Dr. Zimmerman sat and took the time to talk and explained to me about my situation and what I needed to do. He told me to take care of myself before I can take care of anyone else. He took interest and listened to me. Dr. Zimmerman, I am definitely going to do what you said I needed to do. I even asked him if he had his own private practice. Kicked a door this morning and my pinky toe was pointing in the wrong direction. Was signed in, had X-rays taken, results (fracture), taped up, prescription gotten and on way home in 30 minutes. Not the way I wanted to start a long holiday weekend but BetterMed made it a whole lot easier.
Very up-to-date facility. No long wait. The staff was pleasant and comforting...the physician took his time let me talk freely and he listened. They send all your labwork with you when you leave and the entire facility was clean even the restrooms. I loved it
