All of the staff was helpful and cheerful. I had some issues with my bank card (suspected fraudulent charges had it frozen) and they patiently waited for me to get it straight with the bank over the phone without a single roll of the eye. Once that was straight I was in and out in an hour. Listened to all of my symptoms and prescribed medication accordingly. Great place. Very friendly and fast to see you. None of that sign in and wait an hour before you go back and then wait another hour in the room before the Dr comes on.
I went to bettermed urgent care today because I needed to see a doctor today. I was in and out in about 30mins. I was treated for my needs. I Will tell all my friends to stop by.
Love this place! Its my go to place when I can't get in to doctors for my lol girl and the doctors are super nice and are great with diagnosis! I will always go back there
