What an amazing experience. The overall atmosphere was clean and inviting. The entire staff was professional and extremely friendly. The young lady up front named April was so sweet and kind. I have already referred several people to the Prince George office. Thank you all for a wonderful visit !

Went to BetterMed because I was dissatisfied with the treatment I received from another Urgent Care facility that I frequented quite often. I was very pleased with the quality of service I received! Check in was quick with no hassles. I was very satisfied with my provider because she actually LISTENED to me as I described my signs & symptoms. First time there excellent staff. Patient care is awsome. They are very curtious and they let you know exactly what they are doing. You are a satisfied patient.
Overall, the staff here was amazing, super professional and personable. I would return here in a second if I needed care again. Minimal wait time in the lobby as well as in the room.
This was my first time here. Check in was a breeze and the doctor was so honest and straight forward. He was so nice too. I would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I will definitely go here from now on for care needed and I can't get to my primary dr.
