I went on here Sunday and was misdiagnosed. I went to my ENT Wednesday and I had a fever of 102.3. They asked to just get a chest X-ray from this place as it is very close. Guess what. I had pneumonia!! When I called to talk to Alexis Paul about forwarding my X-ray to my primary care doctor they gave me some BS reason that they couldn’t do because of HEPA. (Puddledock location) BetterMed is my go-to place when I can’t get in to see my regular doctor and they have always offered excellent care. The staff from the front office and all of the nurses and Doctors are extremely nice, they listen to what you have to say and always go above and beyond to find the right treatment.
I’ve been to the Puddledock location multiple times. It is hands the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. I was registered and treated within one hour almost every time. Everyone from the PAs, nurses, techs, and front desk staff are all friendly and have great attitudes. I’m a RN in a hospital and every time I go to BetterMed I consider applying for a job there. Thank you for the awesome care!

Hardly anyone in the waiting room. Waited forever. Got a room finally. Waited forever I seriously just walked out. I will not be back.
We encountered Friendly staff, a fun compassionate doctor and no wait time. I'd choose this facility again.
I have been here twice for separate issues. Both times I was greeted and checked in quickly, taken to a room within a couple minutes, and seen by the nurse and doctor soon after. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and I was accurately diagnosed both times. I highly recommend this urgent care.
Was in and out in 10 minutes because I wasn't even touched!! Immediately diagnosed with the flu with no exam or test whatsoever....I'm sure they're as happy as can be that EVERYONE has the flu so it's an easy go to but I know my history and what I am prone to....this doctor was a joke and that's putting it mildly!!! I can promise I will never go back and do not recommend to anyone!!
