Recommendedawesome place far better than a trip to emergency room. Far less chaotic and the ladies there are super nice to deal with!

My daughter was told she had the flu after being looked at for two minutes and no testing to be sure which caused me to cancel her birthday party. The next day I took her to her prime care doctor and guess what no flu just a simple common cold. I feel like they rushed a diagnoses just to get us out if there so they could take the next patient. My trust in Bettermed is now gone!!!
Great care tonight! Went in for severe shoulder pain & chest pain After exam, EKG, CXR, Blood work was deemed Heart healthy❤! But, spasms in shoulder. Need Deep massage, muscle relaxer & pain management.
Wonderful experience!!! The staff at the Puddledock location are on point. I was assessed, treated, and discharged within one hour of arrival. Jeff Zimmerman PA had a great bedside manner and was very attentive to my current illness. The nursing/radiology staff were stupendous as always.
arrived 8:10 am. the 3rd person there this morning. i was put in a room and clearly forgotten .i sat in that freezer box of a room from 8:40 to 9:28. i actually had to go out and ask a nurse when i would be seen, reply 5 minutes. finally i was seen and swabbed now back to the waiting for results to see if i have strep throat. my visit was totally unacceptable with the wait time. i had to get an attitude to finally be seen. Ridiculous healthcare system
I was in on Sunday morning and was seen quickly inclusive of an x-ray. The staff, nurses, and the Physician Assistant, Alyssa Waitkus, that took care of me were INCREDIBLE! They know what they are doing, and they do it quickly, infused with a kindness that is rare. I am so thankful we went to Bettermed, and while I don't want to HAVE to use their services, you can bet if I do need it, that is where I'll be! Thank you Bettermed for making a great mark of compassion combined with knowledge, therefore, TRUST with me.
I typically don't leave reviews - but I had my 2nd experience with Better Med today and I HIGHLY recommend!
The staff is always so kind and attentive. I’ve never had to wait a long time. Our kids have primarily been seen, and I’m so impressed with the level of care they always receive. Most recently, my 3yr old rolled his ankle over the weekend. They were able to X-ray it, splint it, and most impressive - they were so good with him that he LET them. I’ll never go anywhere else.
