I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but the experience here is on another level — and that’s thanks to Luke P and the other staff members. Less than appealing gym with a laughable lack of important gym equipment (seriously, what gym doesn't have plate loaded machines?). No signposted parking is ridiculous

A Bit of a bizarre place… but overall ok. Pros: - Very big space - Clean - Staff are nice - Well priced - Never crowded compared to any other gyms in Romford. Cons: - the Equipment is VERY limited. Such a big space with so few weight machines. No fixed weight barbells. - Not really suited for bodybuilding to be honest. Maybe for beginners or those only wanting to use free weights. Perhaps this is on purpose. They certainly have a tonne of cardio equipment which is never even 25% full. - Lots of the machines don’t have sticke... read more
