Life changing!!!! Not what you expect at first but it's superb. Has everything you need but best of all are the personal trainers. Friendly atmosphere and the staff are amazing. Did the six week programme and although it was expensive it changed my life. Been messing around in the gym for years but I made more progress in three months here than the previous three years. My sister has been receiving physio to gain mobility back in her neck and shoulders from Ellie Harris. The difference is incredible, my sister's mobility and confidence has improved significantly. She loves going and feels part of the betterbody family and community. (My sister had Downs Syndrome)
