We just bought a Cherokee. Such an awesome experience! Very laid back no pressure, extremely friendly place to buy a car. We won't buy a car anywhere else!!!

Just moved here from New York and was shopping for a new Hellcat. Was told to go here for the best deal. Worst advice ever! Not only did they not have the car I wanted in stock, they attempted to tell me I would have to pay over the window sticker price if I want the car that bad. Needless to say I walked out and found the car in stock at a competitor (Mancari) and paid thousands less than sticker. "One Price" my ass. They didn't even offer me a soda when I was there.
Horrible service and a huge scam on cars! They don't warn you about the "recalls" which are now known as "updates"! By called them "updates" they are not responsible for letting you know to come in for service!!! Don't get a CHRYSLER 200!!!!!
Bettenhausen is by far the best dealership I have ever done business with. No pressure , honest, & Dave Carroll was ever so helpful & patient in answering all my questions & concerns, even when I came in near closing time & every one was busy he managed to give me 10 minutes of his time to answer some questions, and for that is what brought me back. And I'm glad I did! Thanks Dave Carroll
