I went in to just get a used pickup truck in Tinley Park, IL, but with the help of sales manager Nick Pattenaude I was able to walk away with my dream truck for a great price. He really worked with me to get me the best price possible.
Bought my truck in 2014 from here. Sales team was good, but their service department is probably the worst one I have ever dealt with. They will tell you anything you want to hear, buy they do not follow through. How ridiculous is it to make an appointment to put nitrogen in your tires? I almost can't wait until my warranty is up so I can deal with someone else.
It was a great experience and my second time I did bring my Alfa Romeo 4C to service at Bettenhausen. Andy was taking care of all issues I had, plus Scott was riding with me to see all my concerns I had. It was very warm acceptance and feeling I got that we are one family.
