Since Bettenhausen has expanded, the service has not been very good at all. Disappointed.

Traveled to bettenhausen Chrysler to purchase a Dodge charger The salesman Jerome was great.the staff was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Overall couldn't have been a better experience. I am very pleased and reccomend them highly.
One cashier on the opposite side of building? Real efficient when she has to run and track down customers keys and service tickets and I have to wait in line 10minutes to get my parts at the parts counter, then walk across the building and wait in line for another 10minutes to pay for the parts. Why can't the parts guy cash out?? Wtf. People r nice but someone wasn't thinking when they laid out the new building.
