The customer service I received was excellent and they went over and beyond to work with me while getting my truck.. Scott Mudrak was patient, very nice and understanding. I was very nervous and he helped me relax and got me a good deal for the situation I was in...I will definitely go back and refer people to go as well

First of all, I hate car dealerships and salesmen! I never felt annoyed and actually enjoyed my experience thanks to Amin Smith. I went in to just check out the inventory and get some prices but thanks to Amin, I ended up finding the perfect vehicle at the right price. He got me a fair price on my trade in and the rest was history. I'd recommend him to anyone who just hates car dealers and games. He seems genuine and sincere.

When I walked into Bettenhausen I was pleasantly surprised, the salesman I had three years prior was there to greet me! I knew him instantly because of the great service I had when I bought my last car. I explained what I wanted and he had a van pulled up right away for me to test drive. I had been questioning buying used, new or leasing. Dave answered all my questions and in the end I decided to lease, a more affordable way to get everything I wanted and all the maintainance to boot.
