After a year of trouble with our 2014 Cherokee at another dealer and a call to corporate we too our vehicle here. It actually needed a new engine! Well block. And they did a thorough job looking it over replaces a few other things as well. Great customer service and they were always in contact with us about timing and updates. Now I even drive all the way out there just for oil changes from Plainfield. Will buy our next Jeep here.

After purchasing my Buick with no hassles, I had to go back because my salesman John Harsick was great, he promised me two new tires when I returned from my vacation. I received them gratefully. The car still had a shakiness to it so I took it back. Mike Russo in service then assisted me and asked if i had any concerns other than the shakiness.
