Great experience from the Orland Park Jeep Dealership. Scott Abramowicz was my salesman and sold us a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Scott was honest, fair, and a genuine nice family guy.... everyone else at the dealership was friendly and helpful as well. I made the mistake of going to their local competitor in Matteson IL., what a waste of time ended up walking out and going right back to Scott at Bettenhausen!
Too easy. Quick, polite, paperwork matched verbal numbers, intelligent staff and dealership is so clean. We have bought 5 or 6 vehicles in last two years. Never disappointed. They set a high bar indeed. The way it should be.
I had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from Tom Pandell.
Worst customer experience I have ever had. Boyfriend purchased a brand new Jeep and has had an immensely long, drawn-out string of issues with the service department. They lost his keys, had no knowledge of updating a nav system, sold him the car without its antenna, and the list goes on and on. Kept promising that their managers would speak to us, promising that corporate would speak to us, and never followed through. Please spare yourself the time and money and take your business elsewhere.
Hello ,,i recently purchased a Dodge 2016 ,charger and Bettenhausen made the experience pain free. Tom is very nice,and knowlegable and NOT PUSHY i repeat NOT PUSHY..and that makes it pressure free ..because as alot of people know making such a large purchase ,is nerve racking in itself... i am a repeat customer if you are looking for anyone of these type of vehicles..Bettenhausen is the way to go..Sincerely a happy customer
