Absolutely a joke of a service department. Service advisor that I had there was terrible and never did any kind of follow up. Spent 600.00 to find out that it wasn't the issue and then still had to pay 40.00 for the part after it happened after I picked it up.then told that if I didn't buy the car there a service loaner would not be provided because I didn't buy it there!!! Great experience overall from initial purchase to service visits. My boys like trying out every car and playing in the kids area.
Went to buy a Durango and one of their Porter's was speeding around the parking lot in a grand Cherokee and made my wife jump back from being hit while holding our 1 year old baby girl. Little punk kid needs a beating and this place needs to monitor what their own employees are doing with their cars. Went in the main lobby to express my disgust and then left. A call back with an apology would be nice. Oh yea this just happened 30 minutes ago.
