RecommendedI bought my car there...although I do think I was charged a bit more than it should have been, the car has been great. The problem I have is wait time. I bought a package of oil changes and every time I go there or call for express oil change it’s 1 1/2-2 hour wait time. I will say service is always great and the people working in the service department are very nice!
Waited 3 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation on my Jeep. I also requested for my windshield wipers to be changed due to wear and tear which was forgotten about until I asked about it upon given the receipt. Very disappointed.
I purchased my Jeep from Bettenhausen 3 years ago. I had been hesitant to use their service department because of the poor reviews I’ve read here. I noticed a brownish fluid on the ground under my brake fluid lines this afternoon and called concerned that I might have a leak...they told me to come on in so they could check it out. I took my 2 1/2 yr old jeep in for a oil change and tire rotation when i got it back it started to shake and a censor came on. Took it in and ended up paying 300 for a new censor! Get it back still shaking and the heater doesn’t work! Take it in today and was told it would cost 2000 to fix everything. Leave without fixing it try and turn air conditioner on and now that doesn’t work right!! We purchased a used 2016 Ford Escape. The tire has damage and we already need to replace them. We've been asking for the 2nd key that they have and still have yet to receive it over a month later. We will never be doing business with them again. We paid over $22,000 for this car and paid in cash. This is such a bad experience and we'll be opening a BBB complaint if we do not receive the 2nd key by the end of this week.
