Ran in kinda spur of the moment with no appointment for an oil change. Our Service Writer Amy Hayes greeted before we could exit the vehicle. Went over our needs and explained how long the wait would be. She then invited us to make ourselves comfortable in the waiting area. In what seemed like no time at all Amy came to let us know our vehicle was all set and we could be on our way.
Between me and my family we have purchased 15 vehicles over the years from Bettenhausen. Nick Pattenaude is the best salesman and Ryan in service is great to work with. I do agree that the service department as a whole needs to be reworked. I just called because of an issue on my town and country and they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. The service department here is A+! Every time I come in For Express Service I see Amy Hayes and she’s always friendly and welcoming. Also want to give a shout out to Danny Vasquez, Service advisor. Last week he helped me with a key fob issue and went above and beyond with his advice. Great customer service and friendly helpful people or why I keep coming back to your dealership for service.
Awesome customer service!!! Bill Slager helped me find the car I needed and went above and beyond letting me test drive it and check it out. He was nothing but kind and patient the entire time that we talked and he never tried to push anything on me (car, warranty, service plan) that I didn't want!
Awesome service! Bought my first brand new car there this past summer and had a great experience.
I took my car in August to report that the sunroof part needs to be replaced because it broke and as of now I'm still waiting for the replacement part to come in. Very disappointed.
