Friendly staff, not like any other dealership where they nag you they let u come to them with questions which is AWESOME! Very patient, let me test drive a car even over night and I came back the next morning and purchased a Jeep Patriot. Generally pretty quick service. Follows up with you even months after to make sure you're still satisfied. I would never go anywhere else for a new jeep. This is definitely a dealership I'd recommend to anyone!
I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler and have had the best experiences at Bettenhausen. My salesman Bill Smith was amazing and the service writers there are calm and helpful. I will never take my Jeep anywhere else and will more than likely buy my future vehicles from Bettenhausen Chrysler/Jeep!!
After purchasing Mercury and Ford vehicles for many years, we decided to look at Jeep and visited Bettenhausen in Orland Park. We've been Bettenhausen satisfied customers for many years having purchased two Dodge Grand Caravans and our current 2009 Chrysler Town and Country from them. I also appreciate the Express service for oil and filter changes, tire rotation and multipoint inspection.
I bought a Jeep Cherokee Limited from Bettenhausen in Orland Park. I was so happy that I did not have to haggle with them. Tim Slattery was my salesman and he was great. He was not pushy and he was very knowledgeable. I was especially interested in the computer and the features for navigation and Uconnect. He showed me all of that and helped me hook up the apps on my phone so I could find my car in the parking lot. I love all the options I highly recommend Tim and this dealership.
