Bettenhausen sold me a dangerous truck and refuses to do the right thing. Worst dealer ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bettenhausen has the worst service dept. that I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. Never will I give them another moment of my time or penny of my money. Truly a horrible experience.
Doesn't make apt. For oil changes, over 2 hours for the oil change, and during that time they said they have to make an apt for the recall airbags... what a joke
Do not trust their service department. I will never return. Printed on invoice/receipt a service was done and finished only to get home with vehicle and find out it was never done. Returned to get job finished as stated and not one single apology. 2/18/2018
