I recently relocated to the area and looking for a new Primary Care Doctor. I contacted this business and decided not to move forward with trying to identify a doctor due to Natalie (unless she gave me a different name). She was not very friendly, cut me off when I was trying to explain to her what I needed and rude. Horrible service and horrible doctors. This establishment is nothing more than one huge grift. The tell you that they need one vial of blood for 2 tests, and next thing you know you are getting a bill for a dozen or more tests that are totally unnecessary for the condition you came in for. The doctors also are not afraid to tell you "I'm the one writing the prescriptions so I'll have you do whatever damn test I want or you can just leave and go somewhere else!" This was the worst experience I have ever had in a medical Center. Still in disbelief! I went at 2 :00 pm. Please get these two employees off your payroll . Particularly if you want to stay open. I am to find a resource in Nc that deals with issues such as this. And write any and many reviews on line. I also will request that my employees not go to Bethany Medical Care ever
i had to go there just recently the doctor i saw was very caring and kind he didn;t act like he was in a hurry to get rid of me the staff needs to be more aware dealing with alot of people takes hard work
Stay far away from the horrible medical facility! They could care less about sick people, they are so bad, on their website, where it says leave a review, it will not allow a review on its own website, that should tell everyone enough. did not have the opportunity to visit with one of the physicians, after sitting in the parking lot for 1 and 1/2 hours, and being on hold trying to speak with the manager, got fed up and left, won't be back, lots of better medical facilities than this one.
