Been seeing a family Dr here for a couple of years now. It typically takes an act of God and congress to make an appointment or actually be seen on time. I've been trying for about an hour this morning to just get an appointment set and so far, all I've accomplished is being hung up on repeatedly.
I work in insurance and I know I what my benefits are. I scheduled a routine exam which is FREE every year! I ended up with a $257 bill when I asked only for routine services. First of all, they tried to bill me up front because I was on a high deductible plan. Which I thought was robbery from the beginning if I’m scheduling for something my insurance pays for every year. Patient went to walk in clinic Saturday and saw Karla Smith. He explained he had started with severe pain in lower right jaw on Wednesday. It has spread to ear and then the whole right side of his head and throat became very sore. He explained it felt like the side of his head was going to explode. Told sinusitis, given antibiotics. He did nothing but get worse and got to the point he could barely swallow. My cousin is a patient and he said that the only thing they care about is money, they don’t give a damn about the patients. Staff is rude, nurses decide if you need to see the Dr. or not and they still charge you for a visit. They’re bad.
Dr. Barrett was phenomenal, I went in for an appointment today and he removed an in grown toenail I had that was causing infection, he was very thorough through out the procedure and made it painless. He explained everything throughout the procedure I.e. what tools he used, made sure I was not in pain. He has great bedside manner and was very amiable.
Love the staff and dr sun is awesome gets right to point u ask questions he has the answer went to urgent care on pamona but this place rocks.
I have been in the waiting room since 9 am it's 9:52.. Just for routine bloodwork. SMH.
Absolutely love the providers here at Bethany Medical, and their staff is super friendly �� Recommend them to everyone!!!���
I saw Dr. Brandon Barrett and was very impressed. He answered all my questions and spent quality time with me. He was very informative and very professional. I would recommend him to all who need the services of a good podiatrist.
