I have been a patient of Dr Arvinds for years. He takes the time to see if you have any concerns and he explains everything he is going to do and what he recommends. I have never met a finer doctor. His staff Nikki and Monica are always very friendly and helpful. If you are needing a GP he is your man.
I have been a patient of Dr Arvind at Bethany Medical Center on 3604 Peters Court in High Point for 18+ years. Dr. Arvind is exceptional and professional as well as his outstanding staff!! I'm giving Bethany a 4-star. -I would like to have rated it higher, except for an incident one weekend when I needed equivalent assistance when my primary-care was unavailable on a weekend. I have always got the best care here. Dr Duran is the most caring doctor I have ever met. The staff is awesome and has helped me with insurance troubles. I am blessed for sure.
I tried for 10 days to get an appt for a CT scan. Never received a call back. My doctor office could not get a return call either. I went to another facility for scan. Will not recommend Bethany.
Fast service, friendly, and very thorough I would recommend Bethany Medical Center to all my family and friends.
