This place has called or texted me 8 times in the last 4 hours and no one will pick up a phone to make it stop. I am not using their services and after all this badgering i will NOT start.
Do not see Dr Krishnamani Chinnasamy not worthy of calling herself a Dr I went in for broken ribs the tests she gave me had nothing to do with ribs I know because 9 months prior I broke ribs on other side. wanted to know if lung punctured ect. she did ,however, do xrays, but said she wasn't sure how many and had to come back 2 days so someone could look at them. was severly bruised she never even looked at my breast nor listened to my heart but sure received a lot of bogus charges for labs ect for what no clue, which I might... read more
My husband went in late afternoon after work one day b/c of swollen foot with severe pain. Saw a nurse practitioner was given antibiotics, and sent home and told to come see THE DOCTOR the next morning. Went the next morning, NEVER got to see a doctor but they did an ultrasound due to possibility of blood clot they told him. Results back on Monday they told him. No call or follow up. We called and called Monday and nobody there seemed to know anything about anything. It's now Thursday and we STILL never got a call or anythin... read more
As a person who works longer hours,and who cannot have a cell phone at work, it would be nice to have a human available to answer the single number you have listed for the entire group of locations you have .For me, going through the automated menus just to leave a message for the one doctor and nurses i use, will usually give me a message to read tomorrow evening when I get off work again to call them, to discuss something (once i get off work to receive the message), and only the message system takes my messages in return.... read more

You didn't get Excellent because of today's visit. No-one upfront event greeted me. Dr. Parachuri's nurse called me back and proceed to show her utter lack of bedside manner, again, this is four visits in a row. She was dressed real casual today, name tag on her waist and not showing. She didn't greet me, she barely spoke to me. She didn't ask if I were in pain. Between Pulse/Ox, temperature and blood pressure, she failed to address me and explain what she wanted to do. Of these, she only reported my blood pressure to me say... read more
