Saturday my husband had a medical emergency. We made an appointment wth Dr Sanchez he was very attentive to my husbands needs. He and his CMA Laurie acted quickly and seen that he was taken immediately to the hospital by ambulance. I will forever be grateful to them both. I am also an employee of Bethany Medical Center and I must say that I am so proud to be a part of that team. Thanks again Dr. Sanchez and Laurie you made a big impact in our lives.
Worst practice EVERYTHING. I called at 5:15 to make sure my husband could be seen by 6:00 (the closing time) I was advised as long as we arrived prior to 6:00pm my husband would be seen. We arrived at 5:45 and DR NORWOOD refused to see my husband. Sorry sorry sorry...you close at 6:00, I understand that, we were advised to come on and arrive before 6:00, we arrived at 5:45 and were refused service....poor business practice point blank...
This has to be the worst office I've ever come to! On 2 separate occasions I've waited for more than an hour to be seen. Only to have them tell me it's the way things work. I'm highly pissed off the the unprofessionalism and with the services NOT being rendered. I am disappointed and honestly lost for words.
Really like Dr.Mitchell . He actually listens to your concerns and discusses treatment with you. Best Dr I've had since I was a kid. Short wait time to be seen as well.
They are very helpful and make sure you understand what they are talking about. We really like this place
I previously wrote my disatisfaction with this facility earlier today. I'll probably update in the near future when I get this foul taste for them out of my mouth
Went here for the first time today and will never go back. My Dr referred me to the pulmonologist here. Arrived for my 9am appointment at 8:45am. Finally went back to a room about 9:30am. Was told my Dr didn't send my x rays so I had to have more done. Waited another 15-20 minute to be x rayed. Undressed and got dressed in x ray room with x ray specialists present and an open side door. Doctor came in side open door while I was dressing.
