I have been here twice...the first time I was billed incorrectly for an urgent care visit, the second time was for an annual physical that THEY billed incorrectly to the insurance company. My insurance covers wellness visits at 100%. I called when I first got the bill and the womam I spoke with was clueless about insurance, coding and billing so,I was transferred to the person that handle my insurance; never got a call back but I did get another bill. My experience here at Bethany has been GREAT...Impressive facility with a staff that is very knowledgeable and professional yet down to earth and friendly. Stacy Wingate is beyond awesome and blew me away so totally on my first visit that I have made her my "family doctor." Wouldn't want to have to trust any other now... Bethany is my go-to total health provider!! 😍

Went in for a physical at 815 this morning. Had to walk out at 10!!! I was primarily there for my depression and the women were so rude, nurse told me “we all have bad days”. Knocking me down. I’ve had depression my whole life I know when I need help. And they said a physical Takes all day!! Will definitely be finding a new primary doctor!
They routinely charged my insurance for procedures that I never actually had done, such as breathing capacity tests and bone density scans.
