Absolutely my last trip to this facility!!Have been a patient here for at least ten years or longer. Called to see about getting another antibiotic & steroid injection for my ear & sinus infection on my lunch break today. They said, sure, that I could just come in and not have to see the doctor because I had just been there to see her this past Monday. 25 minute drive, ran into office & not a single person had me on the schedule or knew anything about my visit. This place should be more concerned about their patients than the money they are making. When I call to reschedule an appointment I should not be charged for coming at a later time. Amongst other things this is the final straw. Time to find a new doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr. Arvind for several years now and he is one of the kindest Doctors I've ever had., however today I went in for my usual appointment and was told by the front desk that I have a 2000.00 bill and that my insurance sent back denied they told me that I have Signa insurance which I do not it is Medcost thru my husband's insurance. Dr Arvind and Dr Beauford are our doctors. We would not go to anyone else. They are excellent doctors with a great staff. We will always be greatful to them for catching Jimmys lung cancer in the early stages 5 years ago and saving his life. Very thankful for Bethany.
Had an appointment time from1000 for a procedure.....Now they tell me at 1030 that there are 2 people ahead of me !!! What's the purpose of having a $@#$@ APPOINTMENT !!!!! Said it will be a least a 1 & 1/2 hr wait ...& that is NORMAL FOR THIS procedure !!! Then why in the $#£$@ do u make a appointment !!!!! Haven't ate since lunch yesterday & have a splitting headach !!!$@##$@##&#$@
HOW this place got 4 stars is beyond me. I have been going here for MANY years. 10+ years. Today was the last straw. Over the past few years, service has gone down hill at light speed. If an appointment is made, the appointment time should be adhered to at all cost !! If I'm late, you threaten to charge me, so where is it ok for YOU, the doctor, to be late? I love it here doctors and nurses are so friendly and informative
I had a 1 pm appointment today. It is 1:36 pm. I just heard the nurse answer the phone and say "hello Dr Paruchuri" yes you have 2 patients waiting" she isn't even in the building over half an hour after my scheduled time. No wonder they require your co-pay up front in case you get mad and leave. All I want is a shot for my poison ivy. Why am I still waiting? Definitely looking for a new primary dr after this.
