As always, the folks who work at all levels of care and service were warm, welcoming, reassuring and professional. I always feel so very well cared for when I make my check-ups. It's the smallest big-hospital I've ever received care at. Thank you all ever so much.
Doctor Kwon Chief of the Foot and Ankle Division in the Department of Orthopaedics at Beth Israel is the best. We are very happy with his care.
OR personnel dropped ball after recent surgery. Days go by without them letting anybody know what is going on. It's like they disappear.
