My only problem with BID is that some of the specialists make their diagnosis before the tests results are in. This has happened with both my wife and me. These specialists are noticeable by treating their patients and caregivers in a dismissive pattern BID is a great hospital and the staff, for the most part are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, taking care of their patients and caregivers in an excellent manner. As with everything, a few bad apples .....
BIDMC continues to provide amazing, personalized, professional care to its patients who are facing medical challenges. My husband just had his first treatment at the Infusion/Pheresis Unit. Everyone treated both of us with kindness and genuine concern for our well-being. Thank you, BIDMC for making this difficult journey a little less challenging.
