Thoroughly disappointed with the lack of care my daughter received at this hospital. As a mother who lives 2 states away, I shouldn't feel the need to travel to Boston in the middle of the night to take care of my child who was supposed to be under the staff's care. Her nurse was negligent and unavailable to her. She spent over 30mins in a blood soiled bed and had to flag someone down to get any assistance. If you have to be in a hospital, this is the one, hands down, no question.
Great staff, extremely friendly and courteous. The signs in the hospital to direct you were horrible also I received paperwork prior to my 4 appts in one day and one of them was not located where the paper stated and when I was given instructions to get to the proper location there was a sign about 2feetx2feet about 8 feet above the window. Food was decent in the cafe and reasonably priced.
great hospital has my sleep apnea under control been going there for about 5 years
The orthopedics department is top notch! the physical therapy department is the best! Kudos and thanks to everyone there!
