I have been a patient for over 12 years and it has been a great experiencefor me. All the doctorand nurses are great.
My father was sent to the emergency room in Needham on January 16, 2017 very ill. This was our first experience with Beth Israel in Needham. The doctor and nurse working that morning were fantastic and I thank them for the care and compassion they showed my father as well as us. From the ER my father was sent to ICU. Love this hospital they make sure I understand everything. The Dr's r great. The nurses are the best. I would recommend anyone to come here!!
Very disappointed with Dr. Metkar. The "scoliosis specialist" after being in pain for 2+ years he didn't want to help me with pain management at all and thinks that a neurologist will help me with pain management. After admitting many patients who have had a spinal fusion still experience pain after surgery ?? Very disappointing and un professional. Wasted my time seeing him.
I can't really say I loved a hospital but the care my relative received was great. Salwa, the nurse on the oncology floor, was extraordinary.
Staff is great and taking good care of my father. They keep me informed of what's going on.
