Went to a wedding, the staff were friendly and polite with good customer service delivered by all
Beautiful grounds, nicely tucked away. Rooms rather basic but clean and fresh
The hotel is ok but it is does not live up to it's promises of a nice country style house hotel. What it is, is a very busy hotel used by cruise ship guests who leave their car there and stay the night before their cruise. For this, I'm sure it's fine but if, like us, you were hoping for a nice relaxing spot for the weekend then you'll be disappointed. As for the 12 acres of beutiful grounds, I don't know where they are but you are essentially in the middle of the university/science park campus. The communal areas are nicely... read more
