We were given a lovely welcome and a lovely room. All was great, bar , restaurant, fabulous breakfast. The only criticism was that they tidied the room but didn’t make the bed. Would happily go back though.
My wife, son and I had a relaxing stay at the hotel. We stayed in the garden annexe part of the hotel room 242. The service was good, staff were polite and efficient. We used the pool and sauna a couple of times. Our only issue was that my son accidentally left his music speaker in our room (£150 value). I phoned the next day to report it missing and the staff said nothing had been handed in. I left it for a week and phoned back to check again but I got the same response. So my son is unfortunately out of pocket.
Breakfast pre cooked except for eggs so it's all a bit "just ok". Hotel a bit jaded but ok. Pool, steam and sauna good.
