Staff are knowledgeable and not pushy about getting you to buy. They are friendly and helpful. The customer service is very good too and will keep in touch about delivery.
Lads have been great as always. From ordering, updates, to delivery. Nothing is a bother. Highly recommend.
**EDIT** " Refund paid this afternoon" Thank you ! After reading the reviews on this company I had no hesitation in using them. Gary who sold me the bed was very knowledgeable and polite and I had no hesitation in ordering a bed base from them. I even got NHS discount. I Ordered a kingsize otterman end lift divan base and was told it could take up to 6 weeks to be delivered but would probably be less.
