The event was amazing in every respect, the food was hot and tasty, the entertainment was brilliant and the staff were very professional with the exception of the security team, a small incident happened that could and should have been dealt with easily and quietly, instead they decided that four men were needed to manhandle one small lad out the door like some sort of terrorist. It left a sour taste to an otherwise perfect evening
Was a lovely venue and kids dancing was great. However, queues at the bar were ridiculous, nowhere near enough staff and 1 bar never opened! felt price for soft drinks was a bit much, particularly for squash from a bottle of Robinson and Pepsi from a 2 litre bottle. Also didn't get food as queue took ages! Other people at our table did but waited just over an hour to get served and were given a tiny potion of macoroni cheese which was not worth the money they paid. We had a wonderful time at Billericay Best Parties Ever. Food was good, the entertainment was really interesting and the choice for deserts was great. The staff were friendly and aprochable. Overall we were happy and we book next year again.
Great time was had by all! We had a lot of vegetarians and the wellington went down a treat! The man who did the entertainment on the hoop and the couple on the silks were our particular favourites. We’d definitely look to book St Albans Best Parties again.
