He was able to get the garage doors operational but there were also electrical issues that I now need an electrician for so the job is not totally complete. It was a bit more expensive to fix than I had anticipated but I needed them operational so I paid what I had to, to get it done.
We were looking to remodel 2 garage doors to 1 door. Best Door Svc came out a quoted the project. Had to order a door. Kenneth and Erick came to install the door as planned and did a subperb job, also was very professional , the ladies I spoke to to setup the installation were also very helpful and professional. If anyone has a need, use this company.
Showed up same day as they called, did the work in 20 min, and actually suggested the cheaper option than what I had orginally expected that needed to be done.

He came out and said the garage door was of poor quality. They looked very professional. Once the opener was installed and tried the opener, it hesitated. Then they said the garage door was to blame. They said they wouldn't offer a warranty because of the door. My neighbors all have the same door.

Our tech installed this client's store bought opener & informed them that their 27gauge original builder grade door isn't installed properly, verbally & in writing. It is sagging in the middle when in full open position & should have a structural support installed from the builder. This is an unsafe door. There was no warranty because the garage door opener was not purchased through our company. The warranty would come from the store the garage door opener was purchased.
