After initial contact with Home Advisor, Best Door called within minutes. Others did not respond. The job was to replace the broken spring which was completed in short order.
The service guy came and took care of the job.
Response was timely, work was good. However, price was exorbitant. $249 plus materials for a 30 minute job.
The repair was done really well and the repair was prompt and timely. Maybe I paid the going rate for garage door opener repair, but for the price I paid for the repair, I could get a brand new garage door opener. Overall, still very satisfied with the repair.
The customer service and the technician were awesome. They went above and beyond to help me with any problems I had. I would highly recommend them. Thank you! :-)
