Hired them to seal my garage door. Technician arrived and advised he didn't do that type of work. Told me ladies in office didn't know hat they were talking about. Paid the $20 service fee and he left. Called the office and talked to the same lady who took the order. She advised me that the technician had an attitude problem and should have picked up the parts to do the job. She was embarrassed by the service and would have a manager contact me the following Monday to refund me and make it right. That never happened. They ha... read more
The service call is only $20 but they do that for a reason. They charged me $478 for a .25 torsion spring and installation. The technician added that the cable on one side came off for which he charged me $189 in addition to the $169 installation fee for the spring. I spoke with their manager but her response was that she did not have the invoice report yet. She said she would call the following day but I never received a phone call. I will never use them again.

I left a message with Mr. H but he hasn't returned my call. The total for the work that was done is $478. This includes the replacement of the large .250 torsion spring (high cycle-which means it last on average 10 yrs), placing the door back on track, rebalancing the door, and repairing the cables. Was told $20 service fee but tech arrived and said he could fix the job for 99 in parts and labor. After spending less than 5 minutes he said he couldn't fix it and proceeded to try and sell me a brand new $500 unit. I said no and was told I had to pay 99 for the 5 min of work. Rip off company
Very prompt service! Friendly!
They arrived early to my house and completed the work prior to my arrival. My gate opener works like it is newly installed. Very professional and offered to do another minor job for free. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a garage door/gate repair.
