My first and last time using Geek Squad, dropped my iphone off for a simple screen repair and was told it would take 3-5 days MAXIMUM to repair, here i am 17 days later still with no phone and they're saying that have no trace of my phone and they're not sure what to tell me. Only giving this joke a 1 start because giving it 0 stars wasn't and option.
Never again. The customer service from the manager “Mario” all the way to Corporate is completely awful. If that’s how you treat people that spend that much money in your store plus buy all the geek squad products and pay to have you install it, then you have severely missed the mark. Don’t even get me started on LG. I’m sorry Best Buy I have purchased many high end items over the years but you have lost a customer for life. After waiting on hold for 15 mins. before anyone answered the FIRST time, a rude woman transferred me to another extension which rang f o r e v e r. The people here are always so rude why should I give them my money? I only shop here when I have no other options. Maybe Best Buy should hire more people who have actually completed puberty and have half a clue about the concept of customer service/professionalism. Am I expecting too much? Time to visit Amazon.
I witnesed a so called supervisor by the name of Ricky in the computer department berate a female customer. He was absolutley disgusting. We were both waiting for someone to assist us but no one would acknowledge us. I needed to get a scanner and other items, so i purchased them, but this incident has really left a bad taste in my mouth. I will nit be shopping at Best Buy ever again .
Went last week with a friend who bought 2 Amazon Echo Plus. They told us they would be there Tuesday 1/2/18...when we got there they said they still did not have any in stock and there was none on the delivery truck..they gave us the free light bulb but here we sit still waiting..we could have ordered them from Amazon and would probably already have them..they lied about the whole delivery truck having them there on Tuesday..sure hope they get them in soon..will not do business with them again.
I went to return something there they put it on my debit card which was canceled I told her I didn't want to do it, manager Mario came over with an attitude as soon as he walked over being rude. Eventually he kept on telling me I should have read my receipt so I grabbed my product and said I wanted my original receipt back he threw it in my face and said merry Christmas then came outside and started screaming I was stealing the product, took my receipt and said I was trespassed when I said I was calling the cops he said good... read more
