This store sucks! Every time I decide to drag myself in there I regret it. No one ever helps you. There were at least 5 guys in the cell phone area and no one asked me if I needed help. I walked around there for 15 minutes looking at phones. I even picked one up and went to the counter to buy it and still no help. I just put it back and left. Then I remembered why I never go there!

Horrible wish I could leave 0 🌟... Mobile Manager Danny is rude and disrespectful, refused to honor advertised price listed in front of product, then turned from us and walked away. Came in the store to purchase 2 cell phones as we have done numerous times at Bestbuy without issue. The Samsung S9 and S9+ have a normal price sticker which do not have any specific promotion information or end dates. The Samsung S9 shows on the price advertising save $50.16. My first and last time using Geek Squad, dropped my iphone off for a simple screen repair and was told it would take 3-5 days MAXIMUM to repair, here i am 17 days later still with no phone and they're saying that have no trace of my phone and they're not sure what to tell me. Only giving this joke a 1 start because giving it 0 stars wasn't and option.

Never again. The customer service from the manager “Mario” all the way to Corporate is completely awful. If that’s how you treat people that spend that much money in your store plus buy all the geek squad products and pay to have you install it, then you have severely missed the mark. Don’t even get me started on LG. I’m sorry Best Buy I have purchased many high end items over the years but you have lost a customer for life. After waiting on hold for 15 mins. before anyone answered the FIRST time, a rude woman transferred me to another extension which rang f o r e v e r. The people here are always so rude why should I give them my money? I only shop here when I have no other options. Maybe Best Buy should hire more people who have actually completed puberty and have half a clue about the concept of customer service/professionalism. Am I expecting too much? Time to visit Amazon.

I witnesed a so called supervisor by the name of Ricky in the computer department berate a female customer. He was absolutley disgusting. We were both waiting for someone to assist us but no one would acknowledge us. I needed to get a scanner and other items, so i purchased them, but this incident has really left a bad taste in my mouth. I will nit be shopping at Best Buy ever again .
