Went last week with a friend who bought 2 Amazon Echo Plus. They told us they would be there Tuesday 1/2/18...when we got there they said they still did not have any in stock and there was none on the delivery truck..they gave us the free light bulb but here we sit still waiting..we could have ordered them from Amazon and would probably already have them..they lied about the whole delivery truck having them there on Tuesday..sure hope they get them in soon..will not do business with them again.
I went to return something there they put it on my debit card which was canceled I told her I didn't want to do it, manager Mario came over with an attitude as soon as he walked over being rude. Eventually he kept on telling me I should have read my receipt so I grabbed my product and said I wanted my original receipt back he threw it in my face and said merry Christmas then came outside and started screaming I was stealing the product, took my receipt and said I was trespassed when I said I was calling the cops he said good... read more
did not get any help at all...terrible terrible store ..associates will just look at you and thats it..
Yesterday I went to buy a computer and nobody could attend me and I think that customer service is not very good there because I wait like a long time already.
We had an Awesome experience -everyone was so friendly and helpful �
Well I guess I’m not the only one that deals with a rude “manager” on today at 4:00 🕓 talking over me, didn’t want to resolve a simple issue, nope had to drive 2 hours round trip but that’s okay I won’t reccomend this store to anyone keep it up Best Buy ✌🏽
I would give this store no stars if it were possible. I have never dealt with a more incompetent and rude associate than I have today. A girl named Diana answered the phone and was giving me conflicting information. When I asked her to clarify, she got smart. When I called back and asked to speak to her manager, she refused, was rude, and hung up on me. In my experience these guys are the best. From the days of buying my first smart phone to getting a replacement computer. Kevin in particular had to deal with me in my so not technology oriented self when I went to get a new computer. Very patient and helpful young man. A credit to his employer. Thank you Kevin.
