the Nashua store doesn't answer their phone, I'll shop elsewhere
Spent most of my time waiting for someone to help.. the employee customer ratio is not ideal. I have been trying to buy an apple watch from them for over a week but because they limit their customers in their store i had to leave the line because i was waiting to long outside... also wish they would extend their closing time to 8pm because i get off work when y’all close
I recently purchased a laptop there. When I checked out, the clerk said my card was declined. I asked him to run it again. When he ran it again, he said it declined again. I paid with another card and left baffled. When I got home, I discovered that they had charged me *three times* for the same purchase. Best Buy customer service says it's a store issue, but when you call the store, no one answers.
They should probably listen to what the customer says before completing a transaction. Got a gift and had to return it and instead of asking if I want cash or a gift card they returned it to the persons debit card who purchased the gift for me. Then couldn’t go back and change it.
This place is a joke. Asked for help 3 times and nothing.

New tv screen went out in 5 days. No one answers the phone had on hold two hours.

Kudos to my awesome hubby who purchased an automatic starter for my Christmas present. Too bad Best Buy in Wilmington sold him it approx a week before Christmas and even made a point to specifically ask for a person to schedule the install. Too bad their entire process is a pain and I had to actually drive to the store only to be offered I can drive 1-2 hours away to a different store for the install because their “technician” isn’t skilled enough to install it.
