$35.00 restocking charge sucks. Service was great. But because of that restocking charge I will go elsewhere to buy my electronics

Horrible, don't buy a TV from Best Buy. They're fine selling you a warranty, and don't actually care once it has a problem. TV backlight went out, now they're making me wait two weeks for someone to come look at it, instead of letting me bring it into the store. Such a joke. Never buying a product from this horrible company.
I purchased the warranty on a Cannon printer. The printer stopped working and I took back to Best Buy. They said no problem go pick out the same printer that was more expensive that when I purchased the one I brought back. Quick exchange and I was on my way! Great customer service!
I went in to buy a Nikon D3200 DLSR / 5 blue shirts were talking together by themselves by the cell phone display... I asked another blue shirt for help/ he told me it wasn't his department, but he would call someone over.... I waited 12 minutes on the clock before I decided that my $650.00 plus sale wasn't that important to this store... I left, passing the 5 still talking and went to Walmart down the street... 20 minutes later I had my camera.... I will only go back to Best Buy if I am buying something off the rack.
I bought 4 laptops over the past several years always used geek squad for service. This morning I drove 50 miles to leave a computer for service. I was the only customer in service area. No one in front or behind me. Was told by the person behind the counter that I would have to make an appointment to come back to check the computer in to leave for service. WTH??? The guy wasn't doing anything. Why wouldn't he check it in? Some kind of "service" huh?...
Doesn't anyone ever answer the phones????? Been on hold for 15 minutes!!!! Haven't talked to a person yet!
